HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

We offer Carry in, Mail in and On Site service support for our customers. iPhone Displays,Battery, iOS and Mac Accessories are same-day repair services. Mail in takes around 5-7 business days.

HOW TO GET READY FOR SERVICE?

f you haven’t already, give your local KNS Service location a call to discuss repair timeframes and servicing options or visit locate.apple.com to find your closest KNS Service and book an appointment online.

BEFORE YOU BRING IN iOS DEVICE

Follow these steps before you bring in your device for service. If your device won’t turn on or respond, try these suggestions from Apple first. If those steps don’t help, finish as many steps as possible:

  • Back up your iOS device.

  • Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone. (If you’re unable to turn off Find My iPhone, we may not be able to service your device. If you can’t remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to iforgot.apple.com)

  • Bring your receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.

  • Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.

  • Lastly, don’t forget to remove your sim card

BEFORE YOU BRING IN macOS DEVICE

Before you bring your Mac to KNS Service:

  • Be sure to back up your data. Depending on the issue, your Mac may need to be reformatted during the repair process and KNS Service isn’t responsible for lost data.

  • Have your macOS user name and password ready in case we need to log in.

  • If you have a firmware password on the device, make sure you turn it off before bringing it in – failure to do this may prevent us from servicing the device.

  • Bring your receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.

  • Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.
