Warranty on repairs
All repairs from KNS come with a 90-day parts warranty or are covered by the remainder of any existing warranty or guarantee, whichever is longer.
How long will my AirPods, Apple TV, HomePod, iPod and Beats repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 7 - 10 working days. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible.

What if I have AppleCare+ for Music Products?
AppleCare+ gives you expert technical support and hardware coverage from Apple, including accidental damage protection. Each incident of accidental damage is subject to a service fee.

If you don't have AppleCare+, you'll pay the out-of-warranty fee for that type of repair. Ask your service provider for an estimate.
Every set of AirPods, Beats earphones or Beats headphones comes with 1-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ extends your coverage to 2 years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months, each subject to a service fee of ₹2500.
