Warranty on repairs
All repairs from KNS come with a 90-day parts warranty or are covered by the remainder of any existing warranty or guarantee, whichever is longer.
How long will my iPad repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 7 - 10 working days. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible.

What if I have AppleCare+ for iPad?
AppleCare+ gives you expert technical support and hardware coverage from Apple, including accidental damage protection. Each incident of accidental damage is subject to a service fee.

If you don't have AppleCare+, you'll pay the out-of-warranty fee for that type of repair. Ask your service provider for an estimate.
AppleCare+ extends your iPad, Apple Pencil and Apple-branded iPad keyboard coverage to 2 years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months. Each incident is subject to a service fee of ₹3900 for iPad
